We are so confident with the quality of our products that we allow you to open your packaging and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you decide if you want to keep your hair product.

if there is any hair problem, please make sure to contact us with email or call us at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( not cut ), original curl pattern(undispersed ). The hair products must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair products have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without a refund or exchange service.

1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sellerfurbished or previously owned products.

3. Please notice that if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact customer service firstly, send us an email max@bangsontarget.com(dedicated to deal with return issues,if you want to consult other information,please send emails to info@bangsontarget.com)you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account within seven days. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee in any circumstances. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

5. After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the address we gave you by email. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
